Meet Dr. Nitesh Popat
Dr. Nitesh Popat channels the essence of learning to serve, drawing from his upbringing, educational journey, and personal passions to make a positive difference through dentistry and community involvement.
Raised by Indian immigrants in a dynamic environment of family-owned eateries, Dr. Popat absorbed the values of hard work and hospitality from an early age. These experiences instilled in him a deep-seated appreciation for service and empathy, shaping his future endeavors.
Motivated by the potential to change lives through smiles, Dr. Popat pursued dentistry as his calling. Armed with degrees from Virginia Tech and Virginia Commonwealth University, he embarked on a mission to restore confidence and oral health.
After completing his dental education, Dr. Popat refined his skills through a residency at the University of Michigan Hospital, specializing in comprehensive dentistry and surgical procedures. Over the span of a decade, he served diverse communities in Virginia and Texas, fostering a commitment to patient-centered care.
Outside of his dental practice, Dr. Popat finds joy in exploring Austin’s vibrant culture with his wife, indulging in culinary delights, attending concerts, and immersing himself in electronic music. A seasoned traveler, he embraces cultural diversity and shared experiences from his journeys across continents.
As the founder of Reflection Dental, Dr. Popat intertwines his professional expertise, personal journey, and zest for life to cultivate meaningful connections and leave a lasting impact on his community.
Meet Dr. Ki Chung
Dr. Ki Chung grew up in Los Angeles, where he received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Southern California (USC). During dental school, Dr. Chung discovered his passion for dentistry while participating in humanitarian trips to Honduras and Colombia, as well as providing care to the homeless population in downtown Los Angeles. Being able to help someone in need and resolve their dental concerns is one of his greatest joys.
Dr. Chung is extremely detail-oriented and committed to ensuring every patient leaves happy with their experience. His friendly nature and sense of humor help put patients at ease and leave a smile on their face. Outside the office, he enjoys running, hiking, snowboarding, traveling, exploring new cuisines, and playing basketball.
Meet Dr. Kevin Min
Dr. Kevin Min was born in South Korea and comes from a multicultural, multilingual background. He has lived in Asia, New Zealand, and Canada, which has shaped his love for exploring new travel destinations and different cuisines. Dr. Min earned his dental degree in Cleveland and lived near Chicago before moving down to Austin. He is enjoying the slower-paced, country-style living and is always looking for new outdoor activities to try.
